dLocal is seeking a Strategy Manager to lead the Strategic Alignment & Execution pillar of our team working closely with the CEO, the C-Suite and the Board. This is a high-level "Chief of Staff" style role company-wide designed for a "Builder and Doer" who can turn high-level strategy into operational reality.You will be the engine behind our leadership cadences—driving annual planning, setting objectives/KPIs, and managing Board-level communications. Beyond alignment, you will act as an internal consultant on the company’s most important Strategy & Ops projects, identifying growth opportunities and efficiencies to help dLocal scale across 40+ emerging markets.

  • Planning Cycles: Lead the company’s annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring inputs and timelines are aligned across Finance, Product, Commercial, and Ops.
  • KPI & Objective Management: Drive end-to-end objective setting and KPI tracking to ensure the organization remains focused on its top priorities.
  • Leadership Cadence: Maintain the rhythm of executive meetings, ensuring every forum results in clear decisions, documented trade-offs, and rigorous follow-up.
  • Board Materials: Own the production of high-quality Board materials and executive readouts, translating complex data into crisp narratives and recommendations.
  • Executive Support: Support the C-level with prep, Q&A, and action tracking for Board meetings and strategic off-sites.
  • Growth Projects: lead some of the highest impact projects at the company focused on future opportunities. Efficiency Drives: Lead "internal consultant" projects such as org design, automation projects, workflow optimization, and efficiency drives.Automation Mindset: Partner with Tech and Product to automate KPI reporting and recurring analytics, reducing manual work and improving decision speed.Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the "glue" between departments (Legal, Reg, Finance, etc.) to ensure strategic decisions are measurable and stick.


  • Experience: ~4–7 years in top-tier strategy consulting, in-house corporate strategy, or a former Chief of Staff role at a high-growth tech/fintech company."Builder & Doer" Mentality: You possess high systems-level thinking but are willing to "get your hands dirty" to get the job done in typical dLocal fashion.Structured Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to turn messy, ambiguous questions into clear frameworks and executive-grade narratives.Gravitas & Presence: You are comfortable interacting with and influencing C-level executives and Board members.Attention to Detail: Methodical and organized; you never lose the "strategic forest for the trees" while managing complex data and timelines.Technical Literacy: An automation mindset with the ability to spot process bottlenecks and implement tooling/integrations.Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
