Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You’ll be responsible for the following:
- Drive and deliver select strategic programs for Tech and Ops, projects aligned to GCash’s business objectives and CTOO Mandate
- Provide inputs towards enabling the Executive team and CTOO Management Team in decision-making, program management, and key initiatives implementation.
- Assess and prioritize within identified key areas to enable and support in line with the organization's strategies and priorities
- Partner with and enable key groups in need of support and/or augmentation to deliver priority strategic imperatives
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Work Background / Experience in FinTech, Technology, Financial Services and/or eCommerce
- Strong business acumen, knowledge in technology space and program/project management
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Must be able to manage stakeholders well
- Self-driven, flexible, willing to take on more than the role requires
