As a Staff Engineer for Monetization, you will be the technical compass for how Adyen’s systems earn revenue at scale. Our monetization domain underpins how we price, bill, and account for all Adyen products, making it one of the most impactful areas of the company.
You will focus on the long-term evolution of our architecture: anticipating challenges, spotting opportunities, and ensuring we have the right technical foundations for the next generation of revenue systems. Rather than writing every line of code yourself, you will work closely with Tech Leads and Senior Engineers: coaching, guiding, and aligning them toward excellent, scalable solutions that keep our systems robust and reliable
You’ll have the space to think, innovate, and make high-leverage technical decisions that will shape how Adyen monetizes its products for years to come.
