Step up our Business Analytics team's capabilities on tooling and AI usage by leading by example, assessing the best tools, and shipping innovative solutions. You will redefine how our Business Analytics team consumes and uses data in the AI era, reporting directly to Erwan Croguennoc, who will support you in making a lasting impact on our analytics autonomy and efficiency.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Staff Data Analyst - AI Tooling at Qonto, you will
• Drive the assessment, POC, and decision-making for our BI tooling stack (e.g., evaluating and migrating from Tableau/Metabase to Omni).
• Build and ship new ways to expose data to stakeholders, combining traditional dashboards with AI assistants and bots to increase autonomy.
• Improve high-level Marketing Performance and Growth reporting to ensure alignment and actionable decision-making across leadership.
• Reduce the analytics backlog by enabling stakeholder self-serve exploration, shortening the time-to-answer from weeks to days.
• Act as a technical relay and project manager, aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and influencing ways of working across the broader Data team.

• Data & BI Architecture Mastery: You have strong fundamentals in data analytics, root-cause analysis, and dashboarding. You understand the implications of semantic layers and can anticipate migration risks.
• Applied AI Fluency: You go beyond basic prompting; you have concrete experience building, shipping, and validating AI-enabled solutions and exposing outcomes directly to stakeholders.
• Project Management & Execution: You excel in ambiguous environments. You have a track record of setting clear roadmaps, running POCs, and driving adoption for tooling changes.
• Structured Communication: You are capable of translating complex Growth and Marketing problems into actionable data solutions and delivering executive-ready storytelling.
