We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our Design Team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing exceptional user experiences for our cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions that empower accounting professionals worldwide.
You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design Teams to create intuitive, user-centered designs that help our customers work more intelligently, gain deeper insights, and deliver impactful results.

What will you be doing: - Design innovative experiences that help professionals work smarter, faster, and with more confidence.
- Transform complex challenges into clear, intuitive solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to bring bold ideas from concept to reality.
- Champion design best practices, evolve our design system, and ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in design critiques, share feedback, and help raise the overall craft of the team.
What will you bring: - A hands-on approach—you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to take ideas from sketches to shipped products.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven experiences—such as chat, copilots, generative tools, predictive workflows, and emerging patterns like agents (agents, copilots, predictive systems) and LLM-powered systems.
- A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in user experience or related fields.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio that highlights your design thinking and your ability to create engaging user experiences, especially in AI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions, collaborate across teams, and advocate for users.
- Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma Make, Loveable, Cursor, Replit, ChatGPT, or similar.
- Comfort working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
- Strong English language communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points if you: - Have experience designing for accounting, Auditing or financial services.
- Understand AI ethics, bias reduction, and trust frameworks.
- Bring technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on AI integration and feasibility.
