This professional will be responsible for monitoring and testing the adherence of financial regulations applicable to fintechs, supporting implementation across internal teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What will I be doing?
  • Monitor and test adherence to Central Bank regulations applicable to the company’s operations
  • Support regulatory implementation in partnership with Product, Legal, and Technology teams;
  • Act as a liaison with the Central Bank and contribute to licensing and authorization processes;
  • Draft technical memos and executive materials on regulatory changes;


What skills do I need?
  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance with a focus on Central Bank regulation;
  • Solid knowledge of rules applicable to Payment Institutions (BCB Resolutions, AML/CFT, capital requirements, governance, etc.);
  • Strong analytical skills, clear writing, and ability to communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in Central Bank monitoring processes and compliance tools;
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems (Siscom, STA, CRD, etc.);
  • Previous exposure to innovative regulatory frameworks (Pix, Open Finance, Exchanges);
  • Languages: Advanced English (required); Spanish (a strong plus).
