The Business Recruiting team plays a critical role in shaping Robinhood’s future by identifying and engaging the talent that enables our products and operations to scale. Our team is focused on building strong, diverse pipelines and delivering a thoughtful, structured hiring process grounded in data and measurable outcomes. As a Senior Product Sourcer, you will be on the front lines of finding and attracting top talent for high-impact roles across the organization. You will map target talent markets, identify high-performing professionals, and engage candidates who may not be actively looking but are motivated by meaningful work. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines aligned to hiring goals.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; Chicago, IL: or New York, New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support and be able to articulate the organizational impact of open positions 
  • Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals, and outbound tools)
  • Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps, ensuring timely follow-ups and a strong candidate experience
  • Share talent market insights (e.g., competitor mapping, location-specific supply, role trends) to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization
  • Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends to adjust hiring strategy as needed

What you bring

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in recruiting) 
  • Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured search techniques and personalized outreach
  • Ability to translate business priorities into clear candidate profiles and actionable sourcing plans
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering across levels, with a clear, thoughtful communication style
  • Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience throughout the sourcing process
  • Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter)

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$112,000$132,000 USD

$99,000$117,000 USD
