Purpose of the Role:
To design best-in-class experiences of merchants and users in all customer journeys.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Designing user experience features and user flows, and testing them heavily with end users
Planning, supervising and conducting user research (qualitative and quantitative)
Transforming ideas into products of user-friendly interfaces and communication
Creating wireframes, mockups and clickable prototypes for desktop and mobile screens
Bringing ideas to improve the experience with PayU products and services
Maintaining the highest standards of design and applying the best practice
Cooperating with colleagues from different teams in and outside the region: product, development, customer support, marketing, legal, treasury, sales, external partners
Other UX-related tasks requested by direct manager
Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years of professional design and research experience
5+ experience financial or e-commerce industry experience, designing for business or consumer focused products at scale
5+ experience designing solutions focused on inclusivity and accessibility
Multiple years experience owning and driving complex projects
Building in the pastdesign systems
Proficient in Figma, Miro (or other UX/UI design tools)
A strong desire for creative problem-solving, exploring customers’ painpoints, needs and desires
Fluent communication (spoken and written) in English
