We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function. 

The role, what you’ll do as Senior People Partner:

As our Senior People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to UK leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring we stay compliant, pragmatic, and people-first.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture, embedding global initiatives locally and helping leaders make confident, effective people decisions. 💪

  • Partner with UK leaders to drive smart, business-aligned people decisions
  • Lead on employee relations matters with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach
  • Localise and implement global people initiatives in the UK
  • Coach leaders through change, performance conversations, and team evolution
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and exits
  • Collaborate with global COE’s to deliver consistent, high-impact practices

About you, what we are looking for:

You thrive in a scale-up environment where things move quickly and no two days are the same. You are confident, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing people's empathy with commercial awareness.

  • 6-10 years’ experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Experience handling employee relations independently
  • Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
