The Role
We’re looking for a Credit Eligibility Analyst who thrives on speed, accuracy, and quality, and who can operate seamlessly as part of our wider Production Line. In this role, you’ll apply credit eligibility guidelines to qualify and prepare applications ahead of underwriting, ensuring every submission is consistent, accurate, and decision-ready.
This detail-focused position sits at the core of our credit function and plays a critical role in enabling fast, high-quality credit decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and prepare applications in line with YouLend credit eligibility guidelines prior to underwriting
- Package deals accurately to ensure a smooth and efficient decision-making process for the Credit Decision team
- Identify and resolve discrepancies by collaborating closely with Sales and Credit Decision teams
- Confidently navigate and utilise internal and external platforms, including YLI, HubSpot, Creditsafe, and other relevant tools
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and data
- Execute all packaging processes to a high standard, including Manual, KTPS and Platform
- Adapt to and support team culture while consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:
- Experience using YLI, HubSpot, Creditsafe, or similar CRM / credit platforms
- Previous experience in a credit, underwriting, risk, or financial services role
- Strong understanding of credit eligibility or underwriting preparation processes
- Experience executing multiple packaging processes (Manual, KTPS, Platform)
- Ability to support or mentor junior team members
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quality and productivity targets
- Proactive approach to process improvement and team efficiency
