Join our Finance team and play a key role in Procurement transformation. As the Senior Manager, Procurement, you will be part of a team focused on driving operational efficiencies and cost savings. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement procurement strategies that support our business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.


The Senior Manager, Procurement is a strategic leader responsible for the entire procurement lifecycle, from systems and processes to team leadership and stakeholder collaboration. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational expertise and a long-term strategic vision to ensure our procurement function is a key enabler of business success.

Strategic Procurement & Process Enablement:
  • Develop and implement innovative, long-term procurement strategies and processes that align with company goals.
  • Lead the continuous optimization of our procurement platform, Zip, collaborating with the provider to maximize system capabilities and integrate new features.
  • Design and refine intake-to-procure and procure-to-pay workflows to support scaling business needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.


Supplier & Risk Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong, unified relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms.
  • Implement and manage supplier performance metrics and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and delivery standards.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all third-party relationships.
  • Work closely with Security in third-party risk management.


Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing procurement team, setting clear goals and expectations for all members.
  • Mentor and coach staff to improve their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Manage the procurement department's budget effectively, contributing to overall company budgeting processes.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement, providing comprehensive training on Zip and best practices to cross-functional teams.
  • Effectively communicate procurement strategies and performance to senior management and manage internal client relationships and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure alignment with business goals and to facilitate smooth procurement processes.


What you'll bring:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations in the technology sector 
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement systems and processes, with specific experience in procurement platform implementation and optimization.
  • Experience using Zip is a significant asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with deep knowledge of business processes.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators.
