Lead the governance and optimization of Agile delivery workflows across initiative intake, design, delivery, and deployment stages.
Ensure process alignment with organizational goals and compliance with BSP Circulars, ITIL 4, ISO, and Agile best practices.
Facilitate the weekly VMO huddle to review delivery status, risks, and improvement areas.
Drive delivery risk management, ensuring early identification, escalation, and mitigation of blockers or inefficiencies.
Analyze and generate actionable insights from operational and delivery data for Steering Committee reporting.
Maintain accurate and auditable documentation of process flows and controls.
Partner with product, delivery, and compliance teams to embed process excellence and support continuous improvement.
