Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting
• Platform Design and Delivery
• Platform Lifecycle Management
• Conducting vendor scan based on business, technical and operational requirements.
• Translating business and operational requirements of business owners and stakeholders into appropriate functional and technical specifications and requirements.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager
• With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (either bank or non-bank) is preferred Strong background on the following: Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting / Platform Design & Delivery / Platform Lifecycle Management / Service & Operations Management
