The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Front Office Support Engineer for Clear Street, India. Initially, the role will support the trading desk, execution, and stock loan business, with the potential to expand to other functions as the business grows. This opportunity allows an experienced senior support engineer to work with a founding support team in India while gaining a comprehensive understanding of all functions across the bank. Responsibilities include providing tech support to all business areas, such as the trading desk and production plant monitoring, and assisting with user queries. You will work closely with traders, customers, vendors and counterparties. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our front-office trading systems. You will provide real-time, high-touch support to traders, manage incident resolution, and drive continuous improvements in application performance and operational processes. This role entails working from the Mumbai office for four days each week
