How do we work?
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will be a part of our global FP&A Team (North America - Europe - Singapore). Beyond traditional reporting, you will explain the "why behind the what", turning complex data into actionable insights that influence executive decisions.
Moreover, you will lead our digital transformation by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing AI and automation tools (such as Gemini) to streamline workflows.
We work in a hybrid model - we would love to meet you in the office 4 times a month with respect to your own commitments.
In this role, you will:
Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes by developing robust scenario models to evaluate "what-if" business cases and market shifts.
Move beyond static reporting to provide narrative-driven updates which means translating financial results into simple, clear, and actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Foster collaborative relationships with Business Leaders - act as a consultant to department Heads to help them understand their spend and optimize their ROI.
Deliver accurate monthly performance packages.
Take pride in data integrity and ensuring a single source of truth.
Constantly seek ways to improve processes by introducing automation & AI-driven workflows and transitioning away from manual data manipulation to enhance the speed of insights.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?
Previous experience in FP&A area or in related positions.
Ability to interact with stakeholders at the senior level - good communicative skills.
Fluent English.
Working experience of MS Excel and Google Suite.
Analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand underlying drivers.
Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance in a global environment.
Proactive attitude and ability to naturally identify bottlenecks and propose smarter, AI-enhanced ways to streamline workflows and add business value.
Nice to have:
Actively pursuing or holding a professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
Background in the Big 4.
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, or Power BI) to transform raw data into visual narratives.
Prior experience with specialized planning and budgeting software (EPM/CPM tools) and a functional understanding of SQL or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to enhance productivity and automate routine financial tasks.
