Job Description
As part of a newly stood up AML/CTF Reforms Program within our Group Risk & Compliance division, we are looking for a Senior Change Manager to join the team on a 6-month initial maximum term contract.
The Senior Change Manager is responsible for co-designing, implementing and embedding the change management initiatives across the AML/CTF Reforms Program to deliver sustainable Organisational Change Management (OCM) capability.
This is a hands-on change management role that forms part of a risk function team responsible for all change management activities for the Program across the Design, Implement and Embed lifecycle.
You’ll also make an impact by:
Program Change Management Capability and Governance:
Co-design, develops and delivers change management artefacts e.g training materials, communication materials, publications, presentations, training sessions to support AML/CTF reforms implementation.
Support the design and development and maintenance of a portfolio view of all in-flight and pipeline change initiatives for the AML/CTF reforms.
Provide transparent and clear outcomes/insights on impacts and timing of changes to ensure effective Program decisions and business decisions.
Responsible for change management activities to facilitate the successful implementation of initiatives within the Program which contribute to support the successful delivery of the overall Program risk uplifts.
Design and deliver proactive and responsive communications about program initiatives.
Change Management Framework, Capability and Maturity:
Contribute to design and develop templates, tools and standards for both agile and waterfall approaches to align with Program delivery approach.
Maintain governance practices to ensure Program change initiatives work consistently to deliver expected outcomes of the Program.
Provide change management SME information and insights to leaders on their role and responsibilities to successfully driving effective change practices for delivered outcomes.
Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member.
Evaluating and measuring the success of change interventions across activity, proficiency, usage and adoption.
Post delivery of program deliverables, providing support through workshops, targeted communications and training to impacted teams and business leaders.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
Experience with large scale organisational uplift efforts in delivering risk capability and cultural uplift. Experience with AML/CTF change programs preferred.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex and regulatory focus programs
5+ years of experience in Change Management roles
A bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with well-honed executive presentation skills
Experience with large scale organisational uplift efforts in delivering risk capability and cultural uplift
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools on complex and regulatory focus programs
Strong stakeholder communication and engagement skills
Flexible and adaptable: able to work in ambiguous situations
