The Events team shapes how Robinhood shows up in the world through thoughtfully produced brand moments, owned experiences, and community-driven programming. We design and execute events that strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders while reinforcing Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance for all. The team collaborates closely with Brokerage leadership, Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Finance to deliver events that are operationally strong and aligned to business goals. As a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sponsorship strategy for Robinhood’s owned events portfolio. You will identify and secure sponsors, develop structured partnership packages, negotiate agreements, and oversee activation from planning through on-site execution and post-event reporting. This role plays a critical part in generating sponsorship revenue while ensuring activations meet Robinhood’s brand standards and event objectives. You will serve as the primary liaison for sponsors and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy–from sponsor identification, pitching and negotiation, through creative concepting and production to on-site buildout, activation, and post-event reporting
  • Develop and execute ticketing strategies for owned events, including pricing models and promotional plans; monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Own programming efforts for Robinhood events; includes 1) speaker sourcing, contracting, and comms management and 2) overall schedule, session topics, stage approach and promotional assets
  • Manage personalized VIP and hospitality programs for designated attendees groups (e.g. VIPs, institutional, sponsor, Concierge) at core RH events (e.g. HOOD Summit, Daytona); partner with agency teams to manage logistics such as travel and accommodations
  • Manage Legal and Compliance reviews across sponsorship, programming, and ticketing workstreams, and lead development and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) with key vendors.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in sponsorship or partnership sales and partner management within the experiential or event space, including hands-on activation at owned brand events.
  • Demonstrated success securing and managing high-value sponsorships for conferences or large-scale events.
  • Experience structuring sponsorship packages, leading contract negotiations, and managing agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience tracking multiple deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across concurrent event workstreams.
  • Experience developing event programming, including sourcing, contracting, and coordinating external speakers.
  • Familiarity with ticketing strategies, pricing models, and performance reporting for events.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including building sponsorship proposals and presenting performance results to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort using analytics and reporting tools to assess sponsorship performance and event outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining high execution standards.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
