Provide expert-level SAP Basis administration across a multi-system SAP landscape (including S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, and Solution Manager).
Plan and execute complex system installations, upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), and patching activities.
Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for SAP systems.
Optimize system performance through deep diagnostics and fine-tuning of SAP and HANA databases.
Manage transports, system copies, client strategies, and backup/recovery procedures.
Collaborate with application, security, development, and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end SAP operations.
Evaluate and integrate SAP cloud solutions, including RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and hybrid deployment models.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of critical incidents and system outages.
Automate administrative tasks using scripting or modern DevOps tools where applicable.
Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
