This role
The Enablement Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs to increase sales team productivity, create effective learning experiences, and turn operational and commercial data into actionable insights that drive business growth, ensuring that team members feel confident selling and supporting customers in the use of PayJoy products.

Key responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy to boost productivity and consistency across teams.
- Design and lead training sessions and workshops focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Create and maintain sales materials and playbooks that clearly outline best practices and processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between sales objectives, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
- Facilitate communication and feedback loops between field teams and management to enhance execution and results.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or training within dynamic industries such as retail, fintech, or consumer goods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible content.
- Proven experience delivering enablement programs in various formats, including large group sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and 1:1 coaching.
- Experience designing and executing training programs for front-line teams in fintech, financial services, or consumer technology sectors.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and presentation tools such as Google Slides; familiar with CRM systems, data reporting tools, and design/illustration platforms like Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement training or performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
