Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the regions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle regional recruitment.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
