Recruitment & Employer Branding Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus events, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure fit with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding initiatives, internship program coordination, and recruitment marketing.
  • Contribute ideas in team meetings to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including reimbursements, invoice processing, and document preparation.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and meeting rooms to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Help coordinate with internal departments and external parties (clients, suppliers, visitors, etc.).
  • Support HR and admin teams with documentation, filing, and data entry as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply.
  • Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in administration, office support, or HR is a plus but not required.
