Roles and Responsibilities:

I. Lead Generation and Sales Closing

  • Proactively prospect potential customers through direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, as well as indirect methods like networking and referrals.

  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.

II. Business Development

  • Conduct thorough scoping and analysis of key processes and financial transactions of accounts to identify opportunities and deliver valuable, tailored solutions to partners.

III. Account Management

  • Promptly respond to partner concerns, ensure timely actions are taken, and monitor the resolution process to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.

IV. Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers by conducting regular engagement meetings, business reviews, and collaborative activities to strengthen partnerships.

V. Reporting and Compliance

  • Adhere to internal management systems and reporting requirements, ensuring the timely submission of complete, accurate, and insightful reports.
