Acquisition

  • Assists the team in generating and closing leads in identified priority national government agencies (NGAs) and government owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs)

Business Development

- Leads in the development and execution of relevant and differentiated offers and programs to promote usage/transaction especially in areas outside the Metros

- Understands the key processes and financial transactions/usage in target NGAs and GOCCs

- Participates in and influences national government programs and regulations that will help accelerate digital payments adoption nationwide

- Negotiates effectively with key decision makers to create a win-win agreement

- Advises management of relevant strategic information for decision-making purposes

Account Management

- Monitors and ensures the timely implementation of key accounts projects

- Responds and acts on the immediate resolution of escalated issues or challenges

- Responds to email within 24hours

- Returns calls and replies to SMS within 4hours

- Discerningly escalates urgent concerns for proper handling

- Collaborates with support groups to deliver commitment and services to partners

Partner Relationship Management

- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with key regulatory government bodies (ex. BSP) and decision makers by establishing regular engagement meetings and activities

- Supports Account Managers - acting as second point of contact for customers

- Participates in industry events to build better engagement with partners and deeper understanding

Team Member Management and Development

- Sets key sales metrics per Account Manager as aligned with the overall business targets

- Monitors and drives performance of account managers under her to ensure achievement of targets under her accountability, through building the pipeline and order tracking

- Reviews and ensures accuracy, completeness and consistency of Account Manager’s compliance to internal business processes and policies

- Facilitates the creation, execution and monitoring of the team members’ career development plan and skills development training, as well as managing any organizational concerns

- Conducts regular team meetings to cascade business and team directions and updates

- Conducts one-on-one discussion with each direct report to receive and provide feedback that will help in mutual development

Reporting

- Submits complete and accurate reports promptly as required
