This role


The Promoter Trade Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of an external sales promotion team, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing productivity. This role also oversees trade marketing activities to ensure brand visibility and compliance across partner retail locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing large teams, and the ability to drive business growth through structured promoter management and effective trade marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of over 200 external sales promoters.
  • Manage the relationship between the company and the external promoter provider.
  • Ensure smooth logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and attendance compliance.
  • Monitor and control performance metrics to assess efficiency and impact.
  • Develop strategies to maximize productivity per promoter.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to the promoter team to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Implement incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
  • Oversee all trade marketing activities across partner retail stores.
  • Ensure brand visibility by guaranteeing that marketing materials are correctly placed, in sufficient quantity, and effectively displayed.
  • Conduct regular audits to confirm compliance with marketing guidelines.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to optimize trade marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Establish KPIs to measure trade marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, field sales, or sales force management.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams in an external sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics management.
  • Excellent organizational and logistical management abilities.
  • Proficiency in trade marketing execution and brand visibility strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
