We are seeking an experienced project manager professional to support our expansion initiatives across Latin America. This role will be critical in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication across our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects across the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of blockers
- Facilitate communication between regional teams, stakeholders, and global headquarters
- Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Support resource planning and capacity management across projects
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
- 5+ years of project management or PMO experience
- Payment, Banking, or Fintech industry background required
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience working in or with Latin American markets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Xomfortable working across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Portuguese language skills (advantageous for Brazil operations)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Experience with card issuance, payment processing, or digital banking products
- Previous experience in contract or consulting roles
