As our platform scales, we are expanding our product organization to improve delivery precision, increase system flexibility, and meet the evolving needs of providers, patients, and partners.
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Product Owner to support delivery across our Plans portfolio, including treatment planning, provider plan configuration, and our eligibility and pricing engine. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, and Architecture to ensure a healthy backlog, alignment with roadmap priorities, and smooth execution across scrum teams. The Product Owner will play a critical role in evolving how our platform supports complex benefit structures and delivers measurable value to provider, patient, and payor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Product Owner for Plans scrum teams, owning backlog readiness, sprint planning, and delivery execution
• Partner with Business Analysts to translate high-level product epics into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead the development of configuration workflows for provider-customized plans, reusable templates, and eligibility logic
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos, driving momentum and transparency
• Align with Product Managers on roadmap priorities, stakeholder needs, and feature readiness
• Proactively surface delivery risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and resolve technical blockers
• Ensure backlog hygiene, clarity of documentation, and traceability from roadmap to release
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 3+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or Agile Delivery Lead in SaaS, healthtech, or financial services
• Experience with eligibility systems, benefits rules, or configuration workflows within healthcare or insurance
• Skilled at deconstructing complex workflows into clear, testable stories with edge-case coverage
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communicator, comfortable balancing user intent with technical feasibility
• Confident working across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle, plan benefits design, or partner integrations is a plus
• Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple concurrent teams and priorities
