Mission Join us as a Product Marketing Manager Intern to help us bridge the gap between our product innovation and our customers' understanding. You will play a key role in Qonto's upmarket strategy by conducting deep competitive analysis and empowering our Sales and CS teams with the materials they need to win. You will work directly with James, Product Marketing Manager, to deliver concrete projects that impact our growth.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a PMM Intern at Qonto, you will

Conduct Market Intelligence: Perform deep-dive competitive analysis across core and new markets to identify gaps and opportunities as we move upmarket.

Drive Sales Enablement: Create high-impact resources (pitch decks, one-pagers, demo videos) to help our Sales and CS teams simplify complex financial tools for our clients.

Experiment with Channels: Partner with our Social Media team to test new ways of communicating product updates and feature releases (e.g., LinkedIn, video content).

Support Product Launches: Translate technical features into clear, compelling value propositions and stories for our customers.

Embrace AI: Use AI tools daily to boost your productivity, generate creative assets, and solve problems faster.

🤔 What you can expect

Team Context: You will join the Financial Tools Domain team, which is currently shifting its focus from vertical products to horizontal workflows (e.g., Spend Management, Invoicing).

Impactful Projects: You won't just be watching; you will own concrete projects like building a competitive analysis report for the team or revamping our sales collateral.

The Qonto Way: You will be immersed in a culture of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement, giving you frameworks that will serve you throughout your career.

Tools we use: We work daily with Notion, Google Slides, Figma, and various AI tools.

International Environment: You will work in a unicorn scale-up environment with a diverse, international team (James is from New York!).

🤝 About your future manager You will be managed by James, a Product Marketing Manager who joined Qonto to bring his expertise in management and creative storytelling. James is a New Yorker with a passion for video and photography. His management style is focused on building your autonomy: he will spend significant time with you in the first few weeks to get you up to speed, but his ultimate goal is to give you the keys to drive your own topics. He values creativity and a "geeky" side—if you like using AI to code a website or design cool stuff, you'll get along great!

🏅 About YouCommunication Wizard: You have excellent writing and presentation skills. You can explain complex concepts simply and have a keen eye for design (your CV is clean and structured).

Market Researcher: You have a first experience or strong academic background in market research and competitive analysis.

Problem Solver: You are solution-oriented and flexible. You don't just ask questions; you propose solutions.

Tech & Design Savvy: You are curious about tech, comfortable with social media, and maybe even have a creative portfolio or experience with design tools.

Languages: You are fluent in English. Speaking Spanish, German, Italian, or Dutch is a nice plus.

At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
