Responsibilities- Manage the complete product lifecycle of core Web functionalities, from requirement analysis and design to development promotion and post-launch continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, customer service and other teams to collect requirements and identify product opportunities.
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure reasonable and smooth interaction experiences.
- Cooperate closely with the development team to assess technical feasibility, formulate iteration plans and promote implementation.
- Participate in technical solution discussions to understand core technical logic.
- Coordinate processes such as testing, launch and grayscale release, track product performance and respond to issues quickly.
- Continuously optimize products based on data and user feedback.
Requirements- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Web product manager, with experience in medium-sized or larger projects.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to express fluently in both written and oral forms in Chinese and English environments.
- Understanding of Web basic technology stacks (HTML, CSS, JS, API) and page working principles, and ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Proficiency in product collaboration and design tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
