Job Description
As a Product Manager of Trade you'll play a leading role in shaping and scaling one of our most important products. This product supports small and medium businesses with their working capital needs and is a core part of our long term growth strategy. You'll work across design, credit, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure our product not only meets market needs but delivers real impact to the customers who rely on it.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong product thinking, commercial insight and a passion for solving complex problems. If you’re curious, collaborative and love building products that make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Own and evolve the roadmap for our core Trade Finance product.
Drive product growth, adoption and performance with a clear focus on customer and business value.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that optimise pricing, operations and unit economics.
Collaborate with our credit team to improve policy and risk processes that support product expansion.
Partner with sales, marketing and design to ensure strong product-market fit and a smooth customer experience.
Maintain and update legal, technical and training materials to reflect product changes.
Identify new customer segments and use cases to expand product access.
Monitor performance and risk indicators and lead responses to incidents or escalations.
Contribute to strategic decisions that shape the customer lifecycle and overall product strategy.
Qualifications
What You’ll Have:
5+ years' experience in product management, ideally in fintech, lending or B2B payments.
A track record of delivering customer-centric, commercially successful products.
Comfort working with credit policy, risk frameworks and compliance in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with SME lending or working capital solutions (a bonus, not a must).
