We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Domain.
The product manager will work with our data engineering teams and our Basiq platform teams (https://www.basiq.io/home.html) to create products that help banks and fintechs build the next generation of innovative services powered by insights from the Consumer Data Right (CDR) and Cuscal’s proprietary data.
About the Role:
Design data-driven value propositions that differentiate Cuscal’s position in the market by leveraging insights from machine learning models and treating data as a strategic product asset.
Define product requirements, SLAs, pricing models, and distribution channels with a strong emphasis on data quality, accessibility, and predictive capabilities to meet evolving market needs.
Manage the integration of new product development or product changes into existing processes, ensuring seamless incorporation of data pipelines, ML workflows, and analytics infrastructure.
Evaluate product competitiveness enhance business impact, client/customer experience, and product profitability.
Ensure compliance of all data products, services, and ML-driven activities with relevant regulations, legislation, and internal policies, including data governance and ethical AI standards.
Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver data-powered insights and personalised experiences through machine learning and advanced analytics.
Monitor projects and product roadmaps to provide recommendations and solutions that incorporate data lifecycle management, model performance tracking, and continuous learning.
About You:
You’re a product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and client impact. You’re ready to shape the future of payments through intelligent, data-driven solutions and have the below skills & experience:
3+ years of product management experience in regulated industries; CDR exposure highly regarded
Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record executing product strategies for complex, data-rich solutions
Experience developing business cases for B2B clients with data and ML-driven enhancements
You have a keen sense for outstanding products and advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
You can transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
