ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address
requirements in Key Result Areas)
a. Implements and provides input to the Product Head with regards to
strategy, business direction and overall P&L management for the
Pay Bills Business
b. Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as
needed by the business
c. Supports and acts as alternate for the other members of the team
in the use case
d. Champions creation and maintenance of product reference
materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade
letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product
materials (eg. sales kits, product training videos, etc.)
Commercial
e. Works heavily with various groups for joint business-building efforts
f. Operates as the lead point of contact for internal stakeholders of
the Pay Bills Business
g. Collaborates with the Customer team to drive Go-to-market
programs and communication strategies for growing the Pay Bills
Business key metrics
h. Responsible and/or oversees onboarding and integration of new
partners

a. Clear grasp of business objectives to drive growth
b. Analytical thinking and problem solving in both strategic and
operational levels
c. Copy reading and writing skills; effective articulation of
products/campaigns to both internal partners and the customers
d. Experience in account and product management
e. Ability to perform simple to complex cost-benefit analysis
f. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
g. Project management and stakeholder management skills
C. Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role;
resources responsible for)
a. Monthly active users (MAU)
b. Revenue targets and relevant metrics (GTV, volume)
c. Documents management: ensures documents are complete and
accurate for merchant on-boarding and integrations
d. Business review: regularly aligns and reviews business
performance with merchant account team to ensure sustainable
growth
e. Campaign Executions, Product Enhancements, and Minimum
Success Rates to support MAU and Revenue/metric targets
f. No major audit or regulatory issues
QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong background in product or marketing
● Preferably has experience in any of the ff industries: fintech, banking,
eCommerce, FMCG
● Preferably with minimum 5 years working experience
● Driven and self-managed
● Highly skilled in data analysis
● Highly organized and high attention to detail
● Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint
and Sheets/Excel; knowledge and experience using SQL a plus
● Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
