⭐ Mission
Join us as a Product Manager for our Initial Due Diligence team and help us build one of the most sophisticated, scalable onboarding systems in Europe. This is a highly technical and high-impact role where you will drive the vision and execution of our KYC/KYB workflow engine, directly shaping how tens of thousands of organizations register and validate their accounts every month.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Product Manager KYC/KYB at Qonto, you will:
- Define and own the product vision for the Initial Due Diligence workflow engine, managing the complex logic required to validate organizations across multiple countries, legal forms, and risk levels.
- Manage the end-to-end customer KYC journey, optimizing for conversion while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Lead vendor management for KYC providers, ensuring cost efficiency and exceptional quality across our different geographic regions.
- Design tooling for our Ops teams, streamlining manual reviews and high-risk customer flows to reduce friction and improve operational speed.
- Play a key role in a major infrastructure rebuild, actively contributing to a 12-to-18-month project to scale our onboarding machine to support tens of millions of organizations in compliance.

- Market/Team Context: You will take ownership of the critical KYB metric within a fast-paced environment where compliance is a competitive advantage.
- Methodologies, how we work, and what we value: We balance rapid product delivery with stringent risk and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and our operations team (Tania's team) to iterate safely and effectively.
- Tools we use: We partner closely with best-in-class external identity verification and KYC providers, utilizing complex backend decisioning workflows and sophisticated internal ops dashboards.
🏅 About You
- Experience: You have a proven track record as a Product Manager working on scalable onboarding systems, identity verification, or deep backend compliance workflows (not just generic compliance).
- Domain Expertise: You possess a deep, technical understanding of KYC and KYB processes and are familiar with European regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Management: You are highly comfortable evaluating, integrating, and managing external technical vendors (like ID verification providers) at scale.
- Collaborative: You have strong experience working closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams, seamlessly translating regulatory needs into product features.
- Systems Thinker: You enjoy tackling complex backend workflow logic and are capable of building engines designed to process tens of thousands of validations per month.
