We are looking for a Product Manager, Issuing to join our Digital Enablement team.
The Issuing Domain at Cuscal is on an exciting transformation journey, including significant upgrades for our clients who use Cuscal for Issuing payments, providing them innovative digitally enabled Issuing solutions.
The role of the Product Manager is to define the vision, positioning, and objectives of the Product as well as manage the product performance and client relationships, in alignment with our transformation strategy. Encompassing the accountability for this role will include; assessing the market and the product competitiveness by managing and owning the full P&L.
About the Role:
Own the end-to-end Product Management and Product Roadmap of our Digital Enablement squad.
Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability.
Resolve product-related issues and foster positive client relationships.
Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.
Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps
Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal’s products.
Be responsible for representing Cuscal’s interests in relevant Industry working groups and forums.
Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency.
Interrogate transaction trends and gather relevant insights and opportunities for Clients Issuing products.
About You:
At least 3 years’ experience in product management in the financial services industry, with experience in Issuing and Card Management Systems highly regarded.
Experience in development and execution of product management tactics for complex products
Demonstrated experience in product development/enhancement of business cases for B2B Partners and clients
