Job Description

We’re looking for a thoughtful, proactive and impact driven Product Manager to help shape meaningful digital experiences that solve real customer problems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, loves collaborating with diverse teams and is passionate about delivering quality outcomes that align with business and customer needs.
What You’ll Do:

Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with both customer needs and business goals
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to shape product direction and gain alignment
Lead end-to-end product delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring deadlines are met
Design, test and iterate on new product features and initiatives with cross-functional teams
Maintain a refined, prioritised backlog that’s always development ready
Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and course correct where needed
Set up customer feedback loops to continually improve product value and user experience
Track and report on key success metrics for all new initiatives

Qualifications

What You’ll Have:

5+ years' experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on customer focused or complex digital products
A strong grasp of Agile/Scrum frameworks and end-to-end product ownership
Experience working in fast moving environments
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving
Collaborative mindset and confidence working across disciplines and cultures
Familiarity with designing inclusive, user-centric solutions
A data informed approach to decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
