You will be responsible for the following:
- Integration Management: Lead the integration of various products, services, and project launches within the B2C Product ecosystem, ensuring seamless user functionality, user experience, and compliance to Governance standards. Ensures that cross-product requirements are captured and delivered as committed.
- Project Coordination: Manage integration and ensure readiness monitoring of projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring, in tandem with Product Managers and Product Performance Managers. Establish regular updates on project status in critical forums such as mancoms or councils. Be able to consolidate dependencies and escalations on time to allow projects to achieve committed timelines.
- Change Management: Implementation of product standards in experience design, processes and policies. Extend support to Product Owners & Managers in streamlining and unifying output.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, marketing, customer success teams, and other internal stakeholders to integrate product launches and projects with business goals and ensure that they are kicked off and launched according to readiness playbook.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project and integration processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Oversight: Has experience with Agile and Scrum, & Product and Project Management. Requires understanding of business benefits for all product and program launches.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes including but not limited to Policies and Procedures Document, etc.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on integration progress, challenges, and outcomes for senior management, such as gap analysis in readiness requirements and SLAs analysis for different requirements together with the Tribe and different operations teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality project management and integration.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience in product integration or a similar role.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Adaptable: Able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-Focused: Strong focus on delivering a positive user experience.
