FloQast is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's full procure-to-pay (P2P) process. In this entry-level role, you’ll manage supplier onboarding, create purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and help negotiate low-risk contracts under $50K. Ideal for someone early in their career with experience using Coupa or a similar P2P tool.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in Coupa, including supplier onboarding, requisition review, purchase order creation, contract execution, and invoice troubleshooting
  • Guide business stakeholders through FloQast’s decentralized purchasing process, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies
  • Communicate directly with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing, and documentation
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for low-risk vendor agreements (typically <$50,000)
  • Review order forms, proposals, and SOWs for completeness and alignment with internal processes
  • Route agreements for security, privacy, finance, and legal review as needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized supplier records and documentation
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals


What You'll Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, finance operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with a P2P tool like Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite, or Oracle
  • Understanding of the procurement lifecycle — from supplier setup to invoice payment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn and grow within procurement


Nice To Haves/Other
  • Experience negotiating small-scale vendor agreements or reviewing vendor documentation
  • Familiarity with software, SaaS, or professional services purchasing
  • Exposure to security/privacy workflows and contract lifecycle tools (e.g., Lexion, DocuSign CLM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field

Please note this will be a 1099 fixed term US based remote contract with expected 40 hours per week for approximately 3-4 months.
