Work closely with the Release Engineering team to introduce new tools, processes, and best practices.
Develop and launch a comprehensive Reliability Framework tailored for backend systems, including standards, processes, and best practices.
Drive adoption of the Reliability Framework within the Release Engineering team and across tribes and guilds.
Establish metrics to measure the Adoption Rate and Performance Score of the Reliability Framework.
Develop and guide the automation strategy for Release Engineering operations, targeting significant reductions in manual effort (e.g., 80%+ automation).
Identify and recommend tools or scripts to streamline the release pipeline, enhancing speed and reliability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the Release Engineering team in adopting automation best practices.
Collaborate closely with the Release Engineering team, Application Support, Database Support, and other stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
Influence and guide the Release Engineering team towards adopting new processes and technologies.
Represent Release Engineering Transformation in strategic planning, advocating for resources and process enhancements.
