PR Relations Specialist - APAC

We are looking for a motivated and personable Public Relations Specialist to join our growing PR & Communications team in Singapore. This role focuses on building and maintaining strategic relationships with key industry voices, content creators, and community leaders — supporting Binance's brand presence and communications initiatives across the APAC market.

• Support the end-to-end management of external partner relationships — including outreach, onboarding, ongoing engagement, and performance tracking 
• Support the coordination and execution of partner events, media engagements, and networking activities within APAC
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for external partners, ensuring professional and timely communication at all times
• Assist in crisis communications and stakeholder management during sensitive situations, maintaining composure and discretion
• Track and report on partner activity, audience sentiment, and campaign performance — delivering clear, concise updates to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to align partnership strategies with broader PR and communications objectives
• Represent the company professionally at events and public-facing engagements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with public figures, media personalities, and community leaders
• Presentable, confident, and at ease in event and networking settings
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in the crypto/Web3/blockchain industry is a strong plus
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
