This role manages the "Direct insertion" and "Performance" strategy of the MADTech portfolio, specifically:
Direct GCash Ads: High-impact visibility products including Pop-ups, Skins, App Takeovers, and native placements within endemic hubs like FoodHub and GInsure.
Performance Ads (Performance): Conversion-focused solutions including CPI (Cost-Per-Install), CPA (Cost-Per-Action), and outcome-based commercial models.
Closed-Loop Attribution: Developing frameworks for post-action attribution back to unique user IDs for performance verification.
Custom Merchant Solutions: Bespoke integrations for strategic in-app partners (e.g., FoodHub, GInsure etc.).
Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap for Direct and Performance products, balancing premium user experience with aggressive monetization targets.
Performance Engineering: Lead the transition of performance pilots into scalable Business-as-Usual (BAU) products.
Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing floors, performance-based incentive models, and rate card structures for Direct Ads packages.
Stakeholder Enablement: Act as the primary consultant for the Sales and Business Development teams, providing them with the tools, benchmarks, and narratives to sell custom solutions.
End-to-End Development: Work with AdTech Tech Squads to implement custom creative formats and ensure seamless delivery via ad servers.
Analytics & Attribution: Define success metrics for performance campaigns and ensure transparent reporting of "unique reach" and "measurable conversions."
Governance: Act as the guardian of ad quality and ethics for direct placements, ensuring compliance with GCash brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within AdTech, Performance Marketing, or a Digital Agency environment.
Proven track record in launching performance-based products (CPI/CPA) or high-impact display formats.
Strong technical understanding of attribution modeling, postbacks, and unique user-id tracking.
Experience with Ad Servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Kevel) and performance tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer).
Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to pivot between technical discussions with engineers and commercial pitches with brand partners.
