RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage campaigns on advertising platforms (including Ad Networks, Google, Tiktok, Meta etc.) for both acquisition and retargeting efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and offer strategic recommendations to scale effectively while ensuring efficiency.
Handle vendor and stakeholder management as required.
Lead new performance marketing initiatives in response to emerging trends.
Regularly optimize campaigns with performance channel partners, including budget management, creative updates, and account management.
QUALIFICATIONS
[Required] Performance marketing background with experience in ad network management, campaign optimization; media buying experience highly preferred
Business-level experience on funnel analysis
Strong presentation and communication skills across different stakeholder levels
Strong Analytical Skills
Comfortable working with numbers and large volumes of data; proficient in navigating and utilizing Excel effectively.
[Preferred] Data analytics using SQL or other computing languages
