Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for GCash’s performance marketing solutions, aligning with client demand, business priorities, and market trends.
Spearhead the expansion of new monetizable performance formats (e.g., outcome-based ad units, programmatic CPA, conversion funnels, and lead-gen solutions).
2. Product Lifecycle Ownership
Own the full lifecycle of performance-based marketing products — from ideation, MVP design, testing, commercialization, to ongoing optimization.
Ensure products meet revenue, adoption, and ROI targets while maintaining excellent user and client experience.
3. Commercial Ownership
Drive topline growth from performance products, including:
CPA-based CRM campaigns.
Share-of-revenue from pay-per-performance managed campaigns.
Future innovations in performance-based advertising and marketing services.
4. Client & Campaign Success
Ensure that performance campaigns deliver tangible business outcomes for clients (e.g., transactions, collections, leads, conversions).
5. Analytics & Optimization
