What's the opportunity?


We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our global team. This role is key to ensuring smooth People operations across multiple countries. From payroll and benefits to global mobility and labor relations, you’ll play a central role in making sure our employees are supported, our processes run seamlessly, and our company remains compliant with local regulations. What I will be doing?
  • Manage the monthly payroll cycle across different countries in Europe, Africa and Asia.
  • Liaise with external providers, review reports, and request payment approvals.
  • Handle employee inquiries, and manage post-payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare consolidated payroll reports and oversee payment of social contributions and income taxes.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal and external audits.
  • Maintain and update our HR database with accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and country managers.
  • Oversee global mobility processes, including relocations.
  • Manage employee benefits across multiple geographies.
  • Review and update labor documentation, ensuring alignment with country-specific regulations.
  • Support PBPs with performance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Manage offboarding for voluntary and involuntary exits, ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
  • Handle labor disputes, post-contractual conflicts, and coordinate with internal/external legal counsel.
  • Attend labor conciliation meetings in Spain and coordinate with external lawyers in other countries.


What skills do I need?
  • Proven experience in payroll and salary management in Spain (2+ years), including handling payroll for 100+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws; experience with other countries is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish and other languages are a plus).
