Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the organization’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, KPI alignment, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Support managers and employees in understanding and effectively applying the performance management framework to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance outcomes, identify development needs, and provide recommendations to management to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of employee learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational priorities.
  • Identify capability gaps across departments and work with management to design targeted development programs and training plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development plans, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper administration of performance management records and development plans within the HR system.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance matters, development planning, and performance improvement actions when required.
  • Prepare periodic reports and analysis related to employee performance trends, development initiatives, and talent management activities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to promote a performance-driven culture and continuous learning environment across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Development roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and administering performance management frameworks, including goal setting, KPIs development, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal cycles.
  • Strong experience in designing, coordinating, and implementing employee learning and development initiatives, including training programs, development plans, and capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Experience supporting talent management practices such as succession planning, high-potential employee development, competency frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights that support management decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with managers and senior leadership to drive performance culture and employee development initiatives across the organization.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and performance management tools, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
