- Lead and oversee all design initiatives across Zain Cash campaigns, ensuring high-quality creative output aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across digital platforms, social media, offline materials, and internal communications.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visual concepts that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers when needed, providing feedback and maintaining creative standards.
- Stay updated on fintech, digital, and design trends to continuously innovate and improve creative performance.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe After Effects - Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity.
- Experience in 3D design software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Solid experience in video editing and post-production (Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple creative projects efficiently.
