Who You Are
You’re an ambitious and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong interest in digital advertising. You may be early in your career, but you're eager to learn, quick to pick up new tools, and ready to support a fast-moving paid media team. Whether it’s setting up campaigns, pulling performance data, or double-checking builds, you take pride in getting the details right.
You’re organized, curious, and collaborative - someone who enjoys solving problems and isn’t afraid to ask questions. You’re comfortable navigating ad platforms like Meta or Google, and you’re excited to deepen your knowledge across a wide range of channels and tools.
At DealMaker, we move fast, own our work, and aim high - and you’re excited to be part of a team where you’ll grow quickly, contribute meaningfully, and help drive results that matter.
What You Will Do
- Media Buying & Budget Management: You’ll help build, launch, and QA paid media campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), Search (Google, Microsoft Ads), and Native (Taboola) platforms. You’ll support ad account setup and maintenance, ensuring everything follows internal processes and platform best practices. You’ll also help manage omnichannel workspaces and reporting dashboards in tools like Motion and Google Sheets, making it easy for the team to monitor performance. As part of your day-to-day, you’ll support senior team members with pacing, optimizations, and various ad hoc campaign tasks. You’ll stay current on platform changes and flag emerging features or best practices that could help improve campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: You’ll monitor campaign performance and budget pacing, flagging any risks or opportunities to your team. You’ll help maintain test trackers across client accounts, ensuring learnings are well-documented and shared. You’ll assist with reporting by pulling data, building charts, and supporting analysis that helps tell the performance story clearly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll collaborate with internal teams on campaign setup, account onboarding, and reporting workflows. You’ll also help connect advertising platforms with client CRMs, ESPs, or proprietary tools to enable accurate audience sharing and tracking. By working closely with Creative and Content teams, you’ll help share performance insights that shape better messaging and ad development.
What Skills You Need
- Paid Media Experience: 1-4 years of experience working with Paid Social, Search, or Native platforms - whether through internships, in-house roles, or agency work. You’ve had some hands-on exposure to building or managing campaigns and are eager to grow your skills.
- Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data and performance metrics like CTR, CPM, and CPC. You enjoy digging into spreadsheets and dashboards to spot trends, track pacing, or flag issues - and you're always looking to learn more about what drives performance.
- Strong Communicator & Team Player: You’re organized, responsive, and clear in your communication - whether you're updating a teammate, asking for help, or sharing performance takeaways. You enjoy working with others and are excited to support a fast-moving, collaborative team.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You know that the small things matter. You double-check your work, follow naming conventions, and QA builds thoroughly to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Eager to Learn & Adapt: You stay curious about how digital advertising works and keep an eye on changes to platforms, tools, and best practices. You’re proactive about asking questions, trying new things, and improving your craft.
This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience with real campaigns, learn from a high-performing team, and contribute to meaningful results for our clients. If you're excited to grow in paid media - we’d love to hear from you.
