As an Outbound Data Relationship Manager, you will drive new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, fostering meaningful relationships, and showcasing the value of our data offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in guiding asset managers and allocators to understand and embrace our data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential data clients within the asset management sector, utilizing internal resources to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Outreach: Engage prospects through targeted outreach strategies, including emails and calls, to explain our processes and encourage data submissions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they view you and With Intelligence as partners in their data journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless data lead transfers and provide superior client support throughout the acquisition process.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance your conversations and positioning of our services.
  • Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, providing updates and feedback to leadership.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial services or data sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly.
  • High energy level and passion for driving results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for learning and retaining industry-specific knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential.
