We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Poznań. You’ll make sure the office runs like clockwork — from admin and logistics to creating a great day-to-day experience for the team and our visitors.

• Keeping the office running smoothly — and making sure everything is in place
• Managing access, organizing deliveries, and staying on top of what the team needs
• Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients
• Helping plan events in the office and shaping the overall vibe of the workplace
• Managing company vehicles and taking care of travel arrangements
• Handling telecommunication in both Polish & English
• Keeping our office processes tight and efficient

• Experience in office coordination or a similar role
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office
• Business-level proficiency in English (minimum B2)
• Taking initiative and getting things done
• Staying organized and managing multiple tasks with ease
• Communicating clearly and collaborating with different teams
• Spotting problems early and coming up with solutions
• Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
