As part of our expansion in Latin America, we are looking for a LATAM Market & Social Media Strategist to drive market insights, social media growth, and regional brand positioning for Traze.

This role sits within the global marketing function and works closely with regional marketing, brand, and product teams to translate local market intelligence into impactful social and marketing strategies across LATAM.

Market Insights & Analysis

  • Monitor trading trends, competitor activity, and trader behaviour across LATAM markets.
  • Identify market opportunities and provide insights to support regional marketing strategies.

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Manage Trazeโ€™s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Adapt global messaging to resonate with LATAM audiences and trading communities.

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute localized content including market insights, educational posts, and trader-focused campaigns.
  • Maintain a regional content calendar aligned with financial events and product updates.

Community Engagement

  • Support collaborations with local influencers, trading communities, and creators.
  • Encourage user-generated content and conversations with traders.

Performance & Optimization

  • Track engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize content and strategy based on data and regional trends.
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or market analysis.
  • Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM social media trends and digital culture.
  • Excellent Spanish or Portuguese communication skills (English preferred).
  • Ability to translate market insights into engaging social media content and campaigns.
