The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Latin America is a dedicated sales and acquisition specialist. Your mission is to serve as the primary growth engine for the brokerage within the LATAM region. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and establishing high-value partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and Financial Influencers. This role is designed for a high-performance individual who excels at networking and converting prospects into long-term partners.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner Scouting & Recruitment: Proactively identify and onboard high-potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Affiliates across key LATAM markets (e.g., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile).
- Money Manager Acquisition: Target and contract professional Money Managers and MAM/PAMM providers to integrate their client base with the platform.
- Direct Client Sales: Convert high-net-worth retail leads into active, funded trading accounts through consistent outreach and relationship management.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and sign contracts with financial educators, YouTubers, and Telegram/Discord community leaders within the trading niche.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from the initial pitch to finalizing rebate structures and signing partnership agreements.
- Networking & Presence: Represent the brand at regional expos and private networking events to build a dominant, trusted presence on the ground.
- Languages: Native-level Spanish or Portuguese; Average English (sufficient for internal communication and reporting).
- Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience within the Forex/CFD industry.
- Network: An existing, active book of IBs, partners, or influencers in the LATAM region is highly preferred.
- Sales: Mindset Results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding deposit and volume targets.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at the "Master IB" or professional trader level.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Net Deposits: Total value of First Time Deposits (FTDs) and redeposits driven by your acquired network.
- Trading Volume: Total lot turnover generated by your referred partners and clients.
