Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth in key business metrics;
- Lead data-driven campaigns, experimentation, A/B testing and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing;
- Organize and deliver both online events (e.g., webinars) and offline initiatives such as conferences, community meetups, and local activations;
- Manage and grow the Binance Angels volunteer program locally, ensuring high engagement, smooth operations, and strong alignment with community goals;
- Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among our users;Identify, pitch, and secure local partnerships that support business growth, brand visibility, and ecosystem expansion;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with the Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities;Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and challenges;
- Collaborate closely with the PL Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams including product, operations, regional marketing, and global stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in marketing, operations, or community relations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry;
- Proven experience launching and managing community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an affiliate program, managing events, managing social media platforms);
- Comfortable with public speaking and genuinely enjoys presenting in front of audiences, hosting events, and leading webinars;
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends;Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives;
- Highly proactive mindset with a strong bias toward action – constantly generating new ideas and taking initiative without waiting for direction;
- Proven ability to independently own and drive projects end-to-end, from concept to execution, with minimal guidance;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment;
- Strong ability to multitask and work quickly under tight daily deadlines;
- Bilingual English/Polish is required to be able to coordinate with oversea partners and stakeholders.
